These chocolate fondants have a rich, intense chocolate flavor
with a soft cake outside and a molten center inside.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 80 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 50 g butter
- 30 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until combined.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then mix until smooth.
- Grease baking molds with butter and pour the batter into them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 1 minute, unmold, and serve immediately.
