FAQ

Why isn’t my fondant liquid inside?
It was baked too long. Reduce baking time by 1-2 minutes.

Can I prepare the batter in advance?
Yes, keep it refrigerated for up to 12 hours and bake just before serving.

Can I use milk chocolate?
Yes, but reduce the sugar slightly as milk chocolate is sweeter.
