Ingredients (Makes 10 bars)

  • 50 g powdered sugar or syrup
  • 60 g butter (82%)
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 20 ml vegetable oil
  • Vanilla, optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add curd cheese and vanilla, then blend until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Shape the mixture into 10 rectangular bars.
  4. Place them in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate with vegetable oil using a water bath or microwave.
  6. Dip each bar into the chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until the coating sets.
