Classic Scrambled Eggs

Soft, creamy scrambled eggs made with simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch and ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml milk (or cream)
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk lightly until just combined (do not overbeat).
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat.
  4. Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently with a spatula.
  5. Remove from heat while the eggs are still soft and slightly creamy - they will finish cooking from residual heat.
  6. Serve immediately.

Tips & Variations

  1. Cook on low heat for a creamy texture.
  2. Add grated cheese, herbs, or sautéed vegetables if desired.
  3. Do not overcook - scrambled eggs should stay soft.
