Classic Scrambled Eggs
Soft, creamy scrambled eggs made with simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch and ready in just a few minutes.
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml milk (or cream)
- 20 g butter
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk lightly until just combined (do not overbeat).
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat.
- Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently with a spatula.
- Remove from heat while the eggs are still soft and slightly creamy - they will finish cooking from residual heat.
- Serve immediately.

- Cook on low heat for a creamy texture.
- Add grated cheese, herbs, or sautéed vegetables if desired.
