- 500 g ground chicken
- 4 garlic cloves
- 140 g onion
- 140 g bread
- 140 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 30 g butter
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Soak the bread in milk until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, soaked bread, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt.
- Grate or finely chop the butter and add it to the mixture. Mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into medium-sized cutlets.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot.
