Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Shape into a small log, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.
- Pound the chicken fillets gently between plastic wrap until evenly thin. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a piece of frozen butter in the center of each fillet and tightly roll it up, sealing the edges well.
- Roll each cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumbs for a thicker crust.
- Heat vegetable oil.
- Fry the cutlets until golden brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes, until fully cooked.
